Welcome! I offer online, as well as in person fitness coaching.

 

I help women 35+ build muscle, shed fat, and feel like a badass, both in and out of the gym—without endless cardio or restrictive dieting.

Being a badass for a woman means embracing her strength, independence, and confidence. It’s about feeling empowered, unapologetically herself, and capable of overcoming challenges. She stands up for what she believes in, sets boundaries, and relentlessly pursues her goals.
