My Story
I grew up in Toronto, Collingwood, and Muskoka with sport as a huge part of my life — ski racing, cross-country running, and coaching. My parents and grandparents modeled an active, healthy lifestyle (including my cardiologist father and my grandfather, who lived to 103 and swore by “taking the stairs and eating dessert”).
But my journey hasn’t always been smooth.
In my teens, I struggled with an eating disorder and spent time in hospital. That experience shaped who I am today — and taught me strength, compassion, and resilience.

I also lost both my mother and stepmother to cancer, which deepened my belief that: Life is precious. Tomorrow is promised to no one. Your health is your greatest asset.
Why I Do What I Do
My passion for helping women comes from my own lived experience.
I know what it feels like to be at war with your body — to see food as the enemy, to feel like you’ll never measure up. My recovery taught me that strong is better than skinny, that food is fuel for strength and energy, and that your body can become your ally — not your adversary.
After moving west in 2009, I became a mom of two and navigated PCOS, hypothyroidism, preeclampsia, and two emergency C-sections. I know what it feels like when your body and energy feel completely out of sync — and I also know how to help you reclaim them.
Through my Signature LEAD System and Moderation365 Nutrition Coaching, I help women build muscle, shed fat, ditch the all-or-nothing mindset, and feel amazing in their skin — without endless cardio or restrictive dieting.
I create custom workout programs tailored to your goals, injuries, schedule, and available equipment — delivered through my fitness app and supported by coaching calls.
Whether you prefer online coaching, in-person sessions at Mountain Fitness Centre, or my garage gym in Squamish, I’m here to guide you toward strength, balance, and confidence — inside and out.
