I’m Now a Moderation365 Certified Nutrition Consultant — Here’s What That Means for You

I’m thrilled to share that I’m now officially a Moderation365 Certified Nutrition Consultant — and honestly, this feels like a missing piece that so many women need when it comes to their relationship with food.

Moderation365 is a mindset and skillset — not a diet, not a meal plan — that helps you stop thinking about food 24/7. It’s a tactical education for evening out the highs and lows in your eating, so you can learn to eat the same on Saturday as you do on Monday.

There was a time when I had food obsession and I was all-or-nothing around food and I was not mindful.

 

I would find myself restricting my eating, only to binge later. I was always cold and tired from not eating enough food and then go to the bulk bins at the grocery store and fill up on candy. This deprive-binge cycle was how I lived for years.

 

As a result of practicing mindfulness, and moderation, and really doing the work to get here, to me eating is effortless now. I’m able to maintain my weight easily, I never feel deprived, I never overindulge so much that I feel extreme guilt, restrict or overdo cardio after anymore.
