Megan’s Favourite Protein Shake Smoothie Recipe

- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or oat milk
- 1 cup frozen berries (I use either blueberries or a blend of blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and cherries)
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tbsp hazelnut almond butter
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 scoop greens
Blend and enjoy!
Put the big rocks in your jar first. By starting your day with this protein shake/smoothie to fuel your life force energy, no matter what you eat or don’t eat for the rest of the day, you will have a solid foundation.
